It’s a bit annoying to see something be so deliberately hipster in its attempts to brand and be sought after. Everything here from the bottle type, the text, the labelling is just screaming – don’t get your shitty Cuervo go for me. Not to say you can’t get away with doing that you just have to actually be a better option. Which this is not.
In fact, this is a terrible tequila, and even mixed up in a nice cocktail it’s still only decent. We do still need to try the others in its line, but we can honestly say that you are actually better off with the aforementioned Cuervo. (Although please check our stats page for good tequila options.)

Taste: 3.5 – You get a bit of nice lemon/lime and agave like flavour at first. But it’s already apparent this is not great tequila.
Aftertaste: 1.5 – Backed up by the aftertaste which lingers and is overall – not great.
Burn/Smooth: 2.0 – You drink this straight up and you’re gonna make the face. The dumb, this was a mistake face. Sorry but not good.
Aroma: 5.5 – Not really great, it’s slightly above average but otherwise is just a regular reposado tequila.
Honesty: 7.0 – It has a nice square bottle, some labelling that reminds you of a coffee shop, and no wanky test. Therefore the highest points it gets is probably going to be here, even though it’s clearly a hipster marketing ploy they don’t wank over about smoothness or refreshing finish so there’s at least no bullshit.
Mixability: 4.75
Tequila Sunrise: 4.0 – A subpar sunrise. The bad tequila taste just follows.
Margarita: 5.5 – It’s a pretty good margarita so sure.
Value: 2.5 – This tastes bad, it doesn’t mix well, and that price isn’t super cheap – so it’s not looking good captain. There’s no reason to buy this – so yikes.

Final Thoughts: The wolf and moon theme here makes one think that maybe, just maybe the creators of this are just fucken loony and don’t know how to make a tequila. What they’ve done here is made one of the more common reviews here – something that is not worth your time, or your money.

This was on clearance so I bought it. It looks, smells and tastes like shitty whiskey. I think they accidentally put whiskey in the tequila bottle…
