Life’s a Beach: 6.0 – Sort of hoppy for a saison but the beach style makes this a clear winner in a battle against a summer Corona.

Charlie Kettle: 4.0 – It’s a pretty standard sour, needs a bit more beer flavor or to just go wilder with it.

Time once again for some more cognac with another VS from Martell. They have some typical pomp and circumstance (it’s always a snore when the words ‘great cognac houses’ enters the verbiage), but it’s thankfully backed up by something of substance.
Ghost in the Stairs: 6.75 – It’s a French saison its almost like a cleansing mint in there and it’s super refreshing because of it. THe other aspects of the saisonhold up as well.

The most notable thing here on the surface is actually an omission – the word Suntory. Yes, it’s a Japanese whisky not from the monolithic giant that has buy-in over the states. The problem, however, is the notable omission that’s deeper than the surface – good tasting whiskey.
Phoenix Brown Ale: 7.5 – That is a very strong brown ale and the power is intense. This is like a double brown ale in terms of taste and power. It’s really nice to drink though.

What we have here is much like a snow leopard. Powerful and beautiful, but there are certainly some spots. (Get it?) Before we begin or get into the spirit itself we’ll let them lead by example and before the fold ask you to give to the Snow Leopard Trust to save an endangered species: https://www.snowleopard.org/
Hot & Steamy: 7.5 – It’s a sort of mix between a lager and cream ale with a good spice to it. Its also super easy to throw back and kill.
