Une Annee ‘Le Seul XVII’ (Pineapple and Watermelon) American Wild Ale

Le Seul XVII: 7.5 – Pineapple and watermelon – well sure, but don’t for a second think this wild ale will be like other beers that state things like pineapple and/or watermelon on the bottle. This thing is bonkers tasting, and sure you certainly get more pineapple like it’s coming out of your ears, but this truly tastes unlike any other ‘fruit + beer’ combo than you’ve likely had, and for those that care for it – a dream.

To Øl 1 Ton of… Pineapple Sour Mashed Ale

To Øl 1 Ton of… Pineapple: 5.0 – Yeah, that’s a bunch on pineapple dude. You can smell the damn thing going in and having a sip while it’s not the sweet canned pinappleyou get from your fruit snacks or a ham, it’s very much like a pineapple juice w/o a lot of sugar. It’s honestly a bit too much to truly enjoy drinking (unless you into that), but does intrigue us for cooking purposes.

Evil Genius ‘I Love Lamp’ Pineapple Hefeweizen

I Love Lamp: 5.0 – If you came here signed up for pineapple, you are at least in luck – it is there. However the initial taste of the beer with it’s muted spices feels more like an ale mixed with pineapple juice. It’s not great almost like a nothing beer despite this flavor, but it does give way to a classic pineapple aftertaste. The main problem is that those who like pineapple alot will be disappointed alongside those who like beer – should be fun for a BBQ sauce though.
