Jack’s Abby Leisure Time Wheat Lager
Jack’s Abby Leisure Time: 6.5 – The spice and citrus work really well with the wheat of the beer. However the ultimate test is that the beer does what it intends which is be a very drinkable beer at the end of the day putting your feet up.

Google Shop Average: Jack’s Abby Leisure Time $9 for 6-Pack
Fuller’s London Pride
Fuller’s London Pride: 5.0 – Take note I did have this at a normal cool temperature not a slightly warm UK temp this is because I’ve had both and let’s just say that I try to be objective and not actively seek out ways to make beers lose points. This when chilled is a proper average beer.

Plymouth Gin 750mL
Now we move onto a gin that has a history longer than most any spirit; however unlike Gordon’s which claims to have kept it’s rotgut bathtub recipe, you can tell this gin has been subtly improved. If anything my problem with this gin is that it has honed it’s edge too far.

Innis & Gunn White Oak Wheat Beer
Innis & Gunn White Oak: 5.5 – It has a more flat taste, and coming from Innis and Gunn their cask beers have so much complexity that this lacks. I mean it’s an okay wheat beer, but it feels more like a compromise from a company that’s not good at this.

Corona Extra
Corona Extra: 1.0 – If you told me this was simply chilled piss from someone who was drunk – I’d believe you. This tastes awful, and there’s a damn good reason the ads, and serving of this includes actual fruit to counteract it.

Auchentoshan Blood Oak Single Malt Scotch Whisky 750mL
Well I had a recent stint across the pond, and a load of time at the airport before my return. So of course I walked around the duty-free shop looking for something neat that I’ve not seen in a local store. However with a very distinctive color and name (and let’s be fair the brand of Auchentoshan is a friend) the choice was quite obvious.

Iron Maiden Trooper 666
Trooper 666: 6.0 – This is most certainly a british-style beer, and it is uniquely tasty. However while this might be British-style, and the odd metal/Iron Maiden is cool, but I would never serve this warm.
