Drookit Scotch Ale: 7.5 – It’s as complex as any Belgian Quad even giving that bit of banana and meaty taste. It’s overall though just a great tasting beer.

Gold Strike Ale: 6.5 – This is a really good ale. I quite like it. Once again (as evidenced by the Berkshire tag) they manage to deliver a very good tasting ale (with some fruit/meat flavors in this) that comes at a value price.

Liberte Table Beer: 8.0 – Named for the place i got it and as far as what you want from a table beer this is near perfect. The best beer in the world this is not, but then it doesn’t need to be.

Dark Island: 7.0 – The word here is rich. The aging here is done perfectly but this beer has a gravitas and opulence to it. This is a once in a month kind of beer, but it’s still a good one.

Southwark Centennial: 3.5– It’s sweet, and served a bit too warm. Its a vary cloudy beer when poured but overall its just not good. Just a poor quality American Pale Ale that is sadly perpetuating the myth that imports and bad british attempts that have led to multiple people deriding APA’s to me while abroad.

Brew Dog Hop Rocker: 7.0 – Brew Dog being famous for IPA’s has paid off here in this lager by making it deliciously nice and hoppy. This is the perfect kind of beer to earn the “Rocker” name for being what you’d have on a good summer day on a porch.

Guinness Special Export Stout: 6.5 – It is a much more subtle Guiness, and there’s more of a coffee and chocolate flavoring here. Overall the issues is that it’s too subtle, and feels more like drinking a Guiness chocolate float – which frankly does sound amazing. This is a beer you should pair with ice cream tbh.

Asahi Creamy Premium: 6.0 –This really is super creamy compared to other much drier Asahi beers. I would probably enjoy it more, but sadly I had this in a Korean wing place. It was a good balm though.

Wormtown Loose Lorals: 7.0 – This might be my favorite Wormtown. It’s light and hoppy pils, but there enough sweetness. Even better is having this on a hot day.

Pauwel Kwak: 7.0 – That is a proper Belgian strong ale. Its nutty and meaty characteristic are well met here. I also have to comment on the frankly ridiculous glassware it comes in. Overall though this is likely my favorite of this list so far.
