Here we have a tequila with a deer on it. That makes no more sense to me than it does to you friend. (Okay I mean to be fair the white tailed deer does actually live all across America from Canada to Mexico, but in a choice of those 2 countries you would take Canada every time) Any way not to spoil the review, but this is actually a tequila that we like in case you were worried considering how we’ve been bashing them lately.
Michelob Lager
Michelob Lager: 1.5 – I want to go on record as not being a huge fan of St Louis – and if their shitty well-known beer is this it’s not endearing. (I know local brews and all that, but Boston’s mark on the world is Sam Adams, and that’s quite servicable). Not to take too much time, but this is much like Heineken, a beer I don’t understand. It’s not particularly potent to make you drunk faster, and it’s not really beer-tasting. It manages to fill the space of just being bad at it’s job in both ways, and that the only reason to have this is because maybe you want to leave a bit tipsy, talk or quietly ignore the people your with at whatever bar you get this, and pee a whole lot. In short, it’s bland, weak, and terrible.

Berkshire Brewing Imperial Steel Rail
Imperial Steel Rail: 6.0 – A more booze-y Steel Rail? Sure. While it maintains the same level of easy drinking – the potency here isn’t limited to the ABV. The flavor and taste have a much more weighty feel to them. I think at the end of the day I’d rather have the standard though…
Price Average: Imperial Steel Rail $8
Michter’s US-1 Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey 750mL
As we know at Honest Booze Reviews the cardinal sin is to outright lie, or to in some way deceive. This is why we hate it when a smell gives us such hope for a taste that is lacking. It’s why when a vodka claims to be ‘elegantly smooth’ but burns like acid that we feel cheated. We understand why it happens, because for a lot of people their booze buying comes into either A. Go with what you know from some friend/family. B. Be adventurous and try something random/on sale. Often in those cases the decision to try something new can come down to things like what it says on the back, the overall look, and things like years.
Miller Genuine Draft
Miller Genuine Draft: 2.0 – It doesn’t really taste like a beer? It feels like if you somehow took most of the fruit out of a juice – it wouldn’t be pure water, it’d be this. It makes it easily drinkable and I guess if you hate beer and are young you can order this in a bar – but no.

Guinness Foreign Extra Stout
Guinness Foreign Extra Stout: 6.0 – It’s a little more dark and almost Porter like compared to the stout possibly imperial style. It is overall a more rich flavor, but I prefer the black Lager or original if I’m honest. (FYI: I’ve tried to determine to little success if this is exactly the same as the Special Export needed in our Beer Poster Challenge, if it is hit me up in the comments)

Beach Bar Rum 750mL
This rum has wounded me. As you will likely tell from the breakdowns this isn’t a particularly good rum and for me I hoped to try and whittle away at it by putting into some Strawberry Kiwi juice. This worked, but every time I partook of this I ended up with terrible headaches. It’s gone now, and for that I am grateful.
