A friend of mine was recently meant to come over for a get together – and asked if the Buffalo Lounge was sporting silver tequila. Of course having recently killed the sickeningly sweet tequilas from recent reviews all I had was some reposado‘s. I told my friend however that said stuff was actually good, but that I’d pick up a silver anyway.
Great Divide Yeti Imperial Stout
Yeti Imperial Stout: 7.0 – This stout really has the power behind it, and exemplifies what an Imperial Stout should be. The coffee and lingering taste though are just as great as the initial powerful taste.
Google Shop Average: Yeti Imperial Stout $19 for Sampler 12-Pack

Lagunitas Hop Stoopid Ale
Lagunitas Hop Stoopid Ale: 4.0 – It’s namesake is correct that this beer is a bit stupid with hops and it should have not done that.
Google Shop Average: Lagunitas Hop Stoopid Ale $6

Tsarsky Pokrov Vodka 750mL
I’ve never had vodka from Lithuania, but following the rules that the closer it is to Russia, this should be better than some of the Polish vodkas I’ve had. Taking it straight though is a different matter, because this is yet again another budget vodka review.
Wet Willy Scotch Ale
Wet Willy Scotch Ale: 5.5 – Drink it, it’s good – that’s what the bottle says, and I suppose that’s the best way to describe it. It is good, but that’s about it.
Google Shop Average: Wet Willy Scotch Ale $8

White Birch Tavern Ale
White Birch Tavern Ale: 6.5 – It’s nice and dark, and it somehow reminds you of a brew that would be unlabeled or served only at that pub. It’s not a great beer, but for a dark beer that’s not heavy at all – it’s great to drink.
Google Shop Average: White Birch Tavern Ale $00

Crown Royal Deluxe Blended Canadian Whisky 750mL
In our continued efforts to keep branching out and not just review whisky – let’s review a whisky. This time however it’s a Canadian whisky which is at least outside our common wheelhouse. In fact we’ve only done a few Canadian whiskies most notably Canadian Mist which sadly proved rather mediocre.
