Okay again let’s get back to where we left off, by slowly reviewing more tequilas and rums, and because we’re not spending 60+ we regret the decision. Darn Justice got in my head and now I have ruined the article before the jump.
Though to be fair it’d be pretty obvious that this wouldn’t be great because my recent streak would mean that if I found something great, good cheer would be falling out of my ass – instead it’s just more shit.
What they Say: “Imported & Bottled in the U.S.A. by the Durango Import Company Princeton, MN”
Taste: 7.0 – I have the worst luck, because in an almost exact trend from last week this starts off strong, I actually like this.
Aftertaste: 2.0 – Yet we get to the end of the ride and I despise the taste.
Burn/Smooth: 4.0 – It’s not exactly a burn, and the warmth is nice, but again when you aftertaste gets below a 3 no matter how it goes down, it’s not ‘smooth.’
Aroma: 5.0 – You certainly get some flavor here, and it’s not like it’s a matter of weakness, or nose-singe, or even just awful. It’s just not the kind of smell that makes me want more.
Honesty: 5.0 – Well they don’t exactly say much, and the front and bottle shape are kinda cool I suppose. Not really much here.
Mixability: 5.0
w/ Lime: 4.0 – Doesn’t exactly do much to replace the bad taste with the lime, it more ruins the lime.
Tequila Sunrise: 6.0 – That’s okay I guess.
Value: 5.0 – I mean it mixes okay, so I suppose if you are looking for your Long Island tequilas – this won’t make you barf, but beyond that – not much I guess?

Final Thoughts:
Man you know what we don’t enough of – vodka. (Lie) I should review more of that next week rather than dealing with another of these guys (or the 5 scotches I have in backlog, seriously HBR and I have a problem, and it’s too much scotch.)
