where’s your comments on the Black Fox Cab 2013? all you have is a rating…how are we to know what you thought in comparison to what we the consumer thought.. S.D
2 Main Reasons:
1. The wines are ‘usually’ from a tasting meaning we really don’t get enough to ponder and go over
2. We are not sommeliers – nor would we pretend to be. We know what wines we like, and those we don’t. The system was almost just a Bad/Okay/Good – but we settled on the letter grading system instead of a more discrete point system with breakdowns like we have in beer or spirits.
Trying to give a world-class taste test and breakdown of 6 wines had in succession in such small amounts feel dishonest – so we settle for just a gut-feel grade.
