Wychcraft Blonde Ale: 5.0 – I was saving this beer for Halloween but instead of being spooky it was a slightly sour but normal blonde ale.

Ommegang Tripel Perfection: 7.0 – It’s not perfect despite the naming, and for some reason I’m slightly perturbed that it’s not 3 arrows on the target instead of 2. Anyway the beer itself is a fantastic golden tripel and well worth the buy.

Alright time for some whiskey, and this time we go for some good ol’ southern bourbon instead of scotch. While Islay may pack a punch, this packs a whole whollup. Normally I ignore a bourbon set at a higher proof as being anything more than a bit boozy, but this is so hot Chris Tucker is reprising his role from Fifth Element.
Hoosac Tunnel Amber Ale: 6.0 – It’s certainly a unique tasting amber ale, and as usual with Berkshire the price is right. It just feels like a weak amber ale that lacks a gravitas to make the taste more desirable.

Weihenstephaner Dunkel: 6.5 – A lot of good flavor overall here, and it has a unique balance between fruityness, meatyness, and beeryness.

Here at week 2 of gin reviews and we are know in a gin that comes to us from England, that was then shipped to Iceland, and has been described as being made similar to a Scottish single malt – because why not. However while last week we had a good martini gin, this is simply mediocre and overpriced to compensate.
