Vienna Lager: 5.0 – Just another non-offensive, good but not great beer. Nothing truly distinctive, but still enjoyable.
Google Shop Average: Vienna Lager $18 for 24-pack

Now here’s the part where I had intended to tie this to one of my goto rums (for silver/white) that would be a constant recommendation for readers of this site – which is Don Q. I would then say that despite this I am not a fan of the gold. However like trying to flip an omelet overhand I have quite the egg on my face, and I will make sure to review the clear spirit in the future.
Switchback Ale: 5.000000001 – That is a contender for the most ‘micro-brew standard ale’ ale. Honestly this is about as inoffensive as you get, but at least it’s perfectly fine at par. (I made sure to add significant digits to emphasize this)
Google Shop Average: Switchback Ale $5

Dunkel Lager: 5.5 – It’s an okay lager, and there is an aftertaste of something more porter stout, but overall it’s rather weak for a dark/black lager.

Sigh. Sorry to bum everyone out, but I am just waiting to try a Canadian whiskey that is actually something great. Something that is more than just a single note of Rye, or a subpar taste. However again I seem to be stuck into reviewing a whiskey that is for lack of better or more eloquent words bad.
Well I think it’s time for some scotch, but because I am clearly masochistic by point of doing this site – it’s time for some more bottom shelf scotches. This week we got with Ballantine, which they themselves have little to say and since I was taught to never say anything unless it’s nice I do as well. (Read: Total lies)
Rusty Chain: 5.5 – A bit too sweet for my tastes, but an overall solid beer choice – not that I’ve had too many vienna style lagers (let alone from a can of which we did not know this came bottled at the time)
Google Shop Average: Rusty Chain $9 for 6-pack (cans we got were cheaper ofc)

It’s been a while since I checked in with a Cuervo, and I’m glad that I did. It’s always good to remind myself why the hell I check myself out, because Cuervo is just awful tequila to drink. Make no mistake it’s not worse than tequila which is bland and terrible – but goddamn does the word pain come up a lot in my thoughts and review.
